Scholarship Essay Tips?

Does anyone have scholarship essay tips? How to write a scholarship essay? I have googled and searched and really can't one thing that presents this information well and in one place. I am hoping someone has it that we can reproduce or post on our website or I can take the pieces and create what I am looking for.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
